Wadi Tiwi and Wadi Shab    Full day tour to Wadi Shab and Wadi Tiwi
Today we are going to take a very exiting route leading us to the family of two  wadis - Shab and Tiwi.

Wadi Shab - meaning gorge between the cliffs - is just that. It is only accessible on foot, the path winds its way up the wadi past caves, plantations, cliffs and deep pools with sceneray changing every step. After about an hour's easy walk, swim under water for a couple of meters at the narrow crevice and you'll emerge into a secret cavern.

Wadi Tiwi retains a wild and rugged character with its tricky driving on narow roads and will surely warm the hearts of off-road enthusiasts.

On the way back to Muscat we will stop at Sink Hole, a natural depression or hole in the Earth's surface caused by karst processes — for example, the chemical dissolution of carbonate rocks or suffusion processes in sandstone.

Tip:
Please make sure to wear a comfortable  cotton cloths and hiking shoes (hiking sandals are advisable)  allows you to walk in the water. Sun glasses and a hat are compulsory. It is advisable to have a small backpack to carry out your towel, swimming suite and water.
Children over 6 years old are welcomed and should be accompanied by their parents.
